The January issue of the newsletter is dedicated to the providers and medical students who are the means by which World Vasectomy Day even exists. Without you, and the care that you take in finding the best techniques to treat your patients, our story would be very short.
Originally, this issue was intended to be detailed case studies that would interest providers and students, but not necessarily our entire subscriber list.
Sadly, our colleague and friend, Ron Weiss, passed away in October, and we have pivoted to recall his life and contributions to vasectomy with this inaugural issue. Even for those who did not know him, it’s clear from the outpourings from his colleagues, and the obituaries in the Wall Street Journal and elsewhere that he was a titan in the world of vasectomy, and a man that was universally admired for his talents, generosity, and integrity.
To keep our original intent, we have also provided two case studies that might be of interest to you, especially if you have not been following the conversations on the Vasectomy Network Google Group.
Thank you all for your enormous support of World Vasectomy Day. We do all we can to support you, as well. This year, look for informative and interesting webinars, and opportunities to teach or participate in workshops, training programs and more. And as always, your monetary contributions are much needed and appreciated! Please consider a monthly donation here. We would be so grateful for your help.
