Talent Creative Award
Over the past month, artists from Zambia and Uganda have submitted their works for the ‘Talent Creative Award,’ which aims to celebrate positive masculinity, family planning, and the role of men in society. Enjoy the most outstanding performances and hear the winners share their unique masculinity and health advocacy perspectives. Witness the powerful role that art can play in shaping healthier and more responsible communities.
Sexual Reproductive Health Alliance Conference
This conference will bring together government officials, healthcare providers, civil society leaders, and partners to discuss the importance of male engagement in family planning, with a focus on vasectomy as an effective method. Featuring panel discussions, networking, and exhibitions, the event will showcase innovations and strengthen partnerships in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).

This event aims to connect key stakeholders in a relaxed setting to discuss family health and reproductive rights. Attendees will include government and health officials, medical practitioners, civil society leaders, and partners.
Training Sessions
Free Vasectomy Week Clinic
Hands-on training sessions on the no-scalpel vasectomy technique, demonstrations by experienced practitioners, Q&A sessions for participants to discuss challenges and solutions, community outreach initiatives to promote vasectomy awareness and acceptance
Training Program in Argentina
WVD is conducting a two-week training program in Argentina to enhance local medical expertise in no-scalpel vasectomy. The program includes theoretical and hands-on training sessions, each completing up to 30 supervised procedures. More than 180 men will have access to vasectomy as part of these trainings. In addition, a male health fair, live broadcasts, and community activities will be hosted to raise awareness and promote positive masculinity and responsible family planning.
